The villa offers four bedrooms:

Ground floor: 
Enclosed room just off the kitchen with two single beds and ensuite shower room.  This room has also has a separate entrance.

First floor:

Master bedroom: double bed with ensuite, stairs to roof terrance.

2nd bedroom: double bed

3rd bedroom: one single bed with a possibility to slide out to make a king size bed, exit to private terrace.

Bathrooms

The four bathrooms are all modern and well appointed.

Downstairs:

The bedroom downstairs has an ensuite bathroom.  There is an additional family bathroom.

Upstairs

-The master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite.

- One bathroom is shared by two bedrooms

Kitchen

The kitchen/dining area is open plan, fully fitted and leads via patio doors to the garden and pool. 

Exterior

This property also offers 2 balconies leading off 2 of the bedrooms, one of which is rooftop and has stunning 360 degree views. 

The pool  has sunbeds along with an outside dining area, separate seating area and BBQ for al fresco dining!

Area

The ocean, the typical cliffs and the center of Carvoeiro are within a 12 minute walk. in the vicinity. Within a couple of minutes you walk to the center of this lively village. In summer there always is live music at the square. Really a great destination to spend your holidays! At 300m you will find the very good L´Orange Restaurant and the Vila Nova Restaurant is also nearby.

Other information

- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h

- Cots and high chairs are available and can be arranged for € 20.00 per item per stay
